Durable and resilient, it is ideal for internal gutters, existing membranes, Butynol surfaces, and areas that require long-term waterproofing and high-performance protection.

Kiwiseal Pro is a high-performance two-part modified siloxane polyurethane membrane designed for chemical resistant waterproofing applications. It creates a flexible, durable, and fully protective membrane over surfaces exposed to flexing, UV, corrosion, and demanding environmental conditions.
Supplied at application viscosity (which can be adjusted with suitable solvents to allow for spray applications), it gives an extremely tough and flexible film. Because it uses a high-performance polymer, it is resistant to yellowing and age crazing. It has state-of-the-art UV absorbers incorporated that assist in surface protection from the effects of sunlight. It is frequently used as an etch primer to ensure adhesion of subsequent coatings over areas with silicone or hydrophobic sealers.
